How do AI credits work?
All plans include monthly AI credits that power every agent action. Need more? On-demand credit top-ups are available at any time, and topped-up credits roll over each month so nothing you buy goes to waste. Solo includes 1,000 AI credits a month, Team 2,000 and Scaleup 5,000.
What counts as an AI credit?
Credits are used when an agent takes an action: sourcing a candidate, scoring a CV, generating a job description, scheduling an interview, or producing an interview debrief. Browsing the platform, managing settings and viewing your pipeline never uses credits.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Monthly plan credits reset each month and do not roll over. If you want more flexibility, top-up credits are available at any time and do not expire.
Do top-up credits roll over?
Yes. Top-up credits are separate from your monthly allocation and roll over month to month until you use them.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can purchase a top-up at any time from your account settings. Your account does not pause or lock. You will just be prompted to top up before the next agent action.
Is pricing per seat?
No. Atlast is not priced per seat. Your plan includes a set number of users and you can involve your whole team, including hiring managers, interviewers and HR, within that limit at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Can I pause my subscription?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. If your hiring slows down, you can cancel and restart when you need to. Your data is preserved for 90 days.
